The bridal lingerie guide: what to pack in your trousseau

The trousseau checklist
- One special matching set for the first night — the piece you'll keep long after the photos.
- One or two more matching sets, for the weeks after the wedding.
- Two or three soft nighties — for the new home, and for the mornings after.
- Everyday bras in skin-tone and black, for the busy days of visits and dawats.
- A comfortable wireless or cotton bra for the long wedding days and travel.

When to order
- 1Measure yourself 4–6 weeks before the wedding — sizes change in the months before, with nerves, dieting and dawats. How to measure.
- 2Order 3–4 weeks before. Delivery takes 2–4 days, and the 14-day exchange leaves time to swap a size.
- 3Try everything on as soon as it arrives, over your own underwear, with tags on.
