The terms of buying from NazNur

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by message. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, a price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm — and if you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is Rs 250, free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more, and shown before you pay. Paying before dispatch saves 5%. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier when the parcel arrives.

Delivery times are estimates. The parcel is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave. If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, we replace it or refund you.

We publish reviews from verified customers as written, including critical ones. We remove only reviews that contain personal information, abuse, or nothing to do with the product.
