Delivered in plain packaging, anywhere in Pakistan

We confirm every order by message before packing it. Once confirmed, it usually leaves us the same or next working day and reaches you in 2–4 working days. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are normally at the quick end; smaller towns can take a day longer.

You get the courier's tracking number the day it leaves, and you can check it any time on the tracking page with your order number and mobile number.

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 to any city, and free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. The charge is shown in your bag before checkout, so there is nothing added at the end.

Available on every order. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives — please have the exact amount if you can, riders often cannot give change.

If you pay before dispatch by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer instead, you save 5% on the order. That is not a trick: a parcel refused at the door costs us freight both ways, and paying ahead removes that risk, so we pass the saving on.

The courier calls before arriving and usually tries again the next day. If a second attempt fails the parcel comes back to us — message us and we will send it out again. Nothing is lost.
