Nothing on the parcel says what is inside

Every order ships in a plain outer box or mailer with no brand name, no logo and no description of the contents. The courier label shows your name, address and an order number — nothing else. Someone else in the house can take it in without learning anything.

Confirmation messages, emails and the tracking page carry the order number and the total, never the name of what you bought. If a notification appears on a shared phone, it says only that an order is on its way.

Discreet Mode, the switch in the top bar of every page, swaps product photographs for close-ups of fabric, shortens product names, and makes the browser tab read as something unremarkable. It stays on until you turn it off, and it also changes what appears if you share a link.

Prepaid payments appear under the trading name of the business, not under a name that describes what we sell.
